Conformity with ISO9001:2008 is the first step in achieving this goal. The TBA group shall perform development of supplier quality management systems development with the goal of obtaining supplier conformity to the technical specification TS16949. We appreciate suppliers' understanding that quality is an absolute prerequisite for our business, and we expect that all TBA group suppliers will devote themselves to quality in development and production. We need to keep up with customers' increasing expectations of product quality. Suppliers need to undertake product development and deploy manufacturing processes that address the customer's needs and wants. We expect suppliers to provide the best possible products at the most competitive price. We request that suppliers monitor and respond to performance results provided by TBA group. All parties understand and are playing by the rules of the game (both buying and selling rules). Business is evaluated across all products and services, not just on a part by part basis.
